I was told today by the MTN Branch in Longbeach Mall that my id is coupled to a fraud case so they cannot renew my contract....after being with them for nearly 20 years!- Rpc

Can send an SMS but cannot receive any?
I have not received my international OTP sms's for 2 years. Presently I don't receive local or international SMS's. I am desperate. Nobody in MTN seems able to help. I am at the point of going to Vodacom after 20 years.- Rpc
