    Hi just to let you know payment went through today. Telephone 0816101000 and they escalated to billing with a reference number for call. Use another browser Chrome and Microsoft edge does not work. use firefox or safari i used safari it worked.

    Dear All Just for those reading this post. I know there are a lot of rain users having this problem - I think it's the website update that was done that is causing the problem. The Rain rep here has escalated to billing hopefully they will solve the issue soon. Thanks.

    Unable to pay my Rain account

    Hi I am having the same issue since the rain website update. Payment keeps getting declined and the 3D secure page to enter authorization does not open. Contacted Rain support was told to give bank details and they will look into it. But no response, now no internet and cannot pay and frustated.
