Vumatel/Britelink technicians came back to my home and changed the ONT Box to another one again. The fibre is working now. Thank you for attending to my issues.
My current OVC is already a new one compared to the original ones I had. They had to change my ONT box, and I gave the SN number, but now I hear conflicting things about whether my physical black fibre line cable is affected or whether they just need to activate or provision it.
