    PUK Number retrieval or support?

    In order to retrieve the PUK for a MTN SIM via USSD: Dial *135# from a working MTN phone. Select Pre-Paid Service from the menu Then Select PUK or Locked Phone Continue following the prompts. The only information you will need to provide, is the Phone Number for which the PUK is needed...
