    MTN operator message

    MTN themselves didn't know what to do, eventually the lady put my notifications on silent thinking that would solve the problem. I ended up returning the phone to MTN and getting a refund.

    MTN Smart S phone is a disappointing stripped down JioPhone

    Anyone else with this phone keeps getting a notification and when you open it says "Operator Message" and then blank? Keep getting this every few minutes, any idea how to get stop it/get rid of it?

    Were you able to find the solution to this? Having the same issues tried playing with different settings but no change. Could not find any "Broadcast Messages" in message settings.
