    Hi. You need to use the ICCID. It's that long string of numbers on the back of the sim card. And you have to message with the words port me 'your iccid here' After that you should get a sms from vodacom stating it was initiated.

    It seems they only respond to DM's and not @ mentions. Also, for those of you having trouble emailing [email protected], try using something other than Gmail since that seems to be having a problem with Telkom's email.

    I DM'ed them on Twitter 2 days ago. Got told to send an email with all the test results to TI support at that same email you were given. They also told me that once an incident is logged then I can interact directly with the ISP team. So at this point I'm lost here since that email of theirs...
