    This was posted last week: So upgrading now should in theory be possible, that said... I'm no longer getting feedback on my ticket, so I could be wrong.

    I was told by accounts this morning that: "the new pricing will take effect for existing clients on the 30/11/2019", so that does indeed seem to be the case... which I found rather disappointing as an "existing client".
