Yes I am. Also Attaching what I think is the server through resource monitor and the twitch player this is as high as it goes it doesn't keep up the buffer size if I go higher than that quality.

@AfriNatic I don't know if you would be able to help me but for a while now I am not able to watch live streams on the site Twitch.tv above 720p on my 100mb line my international speed seems good(will attach) I have done a Trace using WinMTR directly to my ONT without Router interference...
