First off, thanks @CoolEscalator - got a call stating line is configured - was asked if I have a router, which I do, so they stated they will email me the PPPOE details. I followed up, then called again as haven't received it.
On the latest call, they said the PPPOE can only be sent tomorrow...

There's currently ping pong going on. Octotel confirmed line is active when they were here for installation (docs attached on ticket), Cool Ideas rep saying line not active, so I don't really know which way from here?
