Also they the only real option for me where I stay.
No fibre or very slow fibre with high price. Other providers also heavily capped and more expensive.
So moving is not a real option for me.

@UrBaN963 the service has been relatively good for about 3 months now. The down speeds are fine, its just the support aspect which is horrible in cases like this!!
This is my experience from RAIN 5G today in Midrand...restarted Radio multiple times.
It is such a poor experience.
I hate it that I cannot call someone at a support centre for assistance...this is such poor service.
