    Rain 4G won't get above 20mbps that's why I decided to upgrade to 5G

    I got in touch with rain on facebook and they resolved my issue yesterday. It is way better than 4G. I get minimum of 40mbps download speeds and it can go as high as 80mbps.

    Nothing, they hung up the call. I tried emailing support and fb messenger. I sent a private message via mybroadband. I guess that is my last option

    I thought I was alone, mine connected for a few hours after activation. then it worked for a few hours after that it showed a red LED on network. the router kept switching on and off; on it's own and it connects to the network briefly then disconnects, after that it restarts the whole process...
