    I'm trying to connect to ubuntu.com, but I am unable to. Most other websites are working. Connecting a VPN fixes the issue, as does hotspotting my Vodacom connection, which is why is suspect it is an ISP issue related to Webafrica. Can anyone else in CPT, specifically, and with Webafrica...
