Another night of unstable net on Frogfoot and CoolIdeas.
Been daily issues and just receiving copypaste 'looking into it' responses for the last 10+ reports I've made.
also been dealing with Cool Ideas level 1 support the entire week. They've told me 3 times it's been resolved - suggested I run their ping and reset my devices. They have absolutely no clue what's potting
20% packet loss with Frogfoot the entire week... consistently happens monthly during evening times. particularly unusable this month. who holds these companies to account
