    Hey, please just cancel your rain contract. their service is tribble and took me 7 months to get a refund. You might as well start ur refund process now .

    Hello, I just got my Rain 5G with the ZTE router and the network light has been red for two days now. Under the rain website it says "Device is currently offline" . Can anyone please assist. Thanks
