    4 neighbours had their installations done this week without any issues. There is a huge difference between 4MB ADSL and 20 MB Fibre connection.

    Big mistake. That is the only way to get to the router. Ask them to push the config again. you cannot get to the config via LAN.

    You need to port forward to your own firewall/router, otherwise, you are doing double NAT which is not good.

    The default gateway is 192.168.18.1, but I don't get a login page. Guess I will have to add my Mikrotik and check if I can set up IPSEC tunnels to it.

    The problem is the default login does not work, so I can't get into the configuration. It should be 192.168.18.1 Epuser,userEp according to the sticker.

    How do you set up a VPN connection to a machine inside if you can get to configure the firewall rules on the router? Is the firewall on the router disabled? Can anyone login as admin on their routers.

    So got a call on Mondy to do installation today. Guys installing conduit to inside of the house and connecting up. Hopefully connected today.
