Speak to different insurance consultant. If that person tells you the same thing then lay a complaint at the insurance company. If they still refuse then see the ombudsman.
If it shows Zero amount then its good. Normally in the 1st week of the new month an amount will appear. In my case i have another contract as well, but the due amount is reduced since the R400 gb plan has been cancelled.
Call 1958 and logged it. I had the same issue. The next day after i logged it, my bill was back to normal. The bigger amount is supposed to be due End December, not November.
Yes I'm aware of that. Unfortunately I have to go on contracts because there are good deals out there.
If you buy a phone cash, you still need to buy airtime and/or data.. and most of the time this works out more expensive. So I have no problem going contract ... It's just like a rose that...
I am aware... But let's say they do it after month 3 or 4... What then?.. it would b almost similar like these cellphone networks do in a 2 or 3 year contract.
Who knows.. rental companies might soon do the same if these networks can get away with it.
Is there a way of checking on the ONT a few things online, for instance, which devices are connected, data usage etc and also able to reboot device remotely?
