Still no movement on my bank details verification either. It had been 23 working days already. Called them this morning. The consultant advised he will now send my query through to escalations ( no turn around time) my verifications hasn't even been assigned to anyone yet. Aaaaay!- Shayj_17

@zerocool2009 @Nikkivah74 Just an update. I contacted Sars this morning. So apparently the 10day waiting period letter was an error according to the consultant and sars is aware of it. They had to put 21days. Also the reason for verifications could be Your name at the bank is ex: A anders or...- Shayj_17

Yes as above. So you have to send through 3 months bank statement, certified ID, proof of address and a hand written note with case number and date and please update bank details. Those docs needs to be uploaded. I am still waiting on my refund.- Shayj_17

I submitted on the 7th. Got an email on the 10th apparently my bank details were incorrect. Mind you I have a savings account at the one bank and then my actual account with another. Sars have these details for the past couple of years now. I followed all their instruction on updating etc. Even...- Shayj_17
