    Started a couple days ago - seems to be consistent (the same throughout the whole day) Latency and packet loss to EU servers in rocket league are perfect, just the speeds are dog slow.

    I'm getting the same on my Shield TV Pro...thought it was just me. Plays for a few seconds, lags for a few seconds, freezes and then crashes. Tried a whole bunch of debugging but no success so far. Not sure if it's a specific codec issue as shows like Futurama seem fine.
