    While I have had internet since yesterday, I have still had periods of downtime, which lasts maybe 10 minutes. I'm not quite at 72 hours yet, but I believe I'm close to meeting the conditions of 17.1.1.7 Fifteen separate periods of service unavailability in calendar month.
