    The sale agreement was drafted around July and cash payments was early August keys were given earlier September but occupation was done begging of Oct 2019

    Yes I am fully entitled to the interest on the trust account as it stipulated in the contract hence they want me to now agree that the interest accrued should be used to pay occupational rent of which I said no

    I never got a chance to negotiate the occupation rent as I am not working and for how long if I agree to paying this, I just feel like I'm now involved in issues that doesn't concern me, what I need to know is can I then retract from the whole sale?

    I don't know if I am not reasonable, but for me to pay rent on top of the sale amount that I paid, I feel like I am buying the house at a higher price

    But remember the keys to the house were with the estate agent for me to get them was they gave authorization
