    and this is the exact reason i told them to ****off on Monday , cancelled my 2nd order of fibre with them , just waiting for another option to open up then cancel my LTE with them as well , they are completely useless

    i called WA AGAIN , and spoke to Shaiek or something , he is apparently the brand manager for Vumatel from WebAfrica , and he has the audacity to tell me the areas not live with Fibre thats why the address is wrong , needless to say to make a long story short i told them to ****off and cancelled...

    Quick question , are you connected via LAN or WIFI?cause according to Supersonic terms and conditions , you can only connect WIFI devices , which is useless , dont know if its the same with Webafrica?

    yor i wish i could bru seriously , i deal with their kak on a daily at my work , and iv been fighting with them since last month with this fibre **** , then they still go do the stuff wrong on their end! i mean for ****s sake you dont get more incompetent than them
