    I'm intersted in percentages on this settlement outcome if we are to say ~R700M settlement: 1. Funders xxx% 2. SARS xxx% 3. Other legal fees(including this one... druuums please) xxx% 4. Makate xxx% No math's boffin, but the outcome out of the ~R700M suddenly does'nt seem quite rosy.🤔

    @ Can they even make this demand without a court order ? AFAIK Vodacom has to pay out according to the judgement handed down. Out of court settlement, Sir/Madam, remember the CC sent it back for a review with a new panel of judges, the fat lady had not sung yet and seemingly still has not on...
