    Usually, the isp absorbs the cost of installation from the FNO which in turn will be signed via agreement with yourself(customer) and the isp. Better part of most isp's usually make up the cost with-in the 12 months agreement. Hopefully, except when forcefully aquisitioned. Terms and Conditions...
