I also have the same issue. Rica queued. Day 3 .. Not getting anywhere with the call centre.
Everybody tries to help and then when they realise the app says rica completed the phone lines mysteriously just cuts.

Download the CLEAR app and upload your proof of vaccination (U.S.based attendees only)
Get your COVID-19 booster shot.
Get your flu shot.
Test for COVID-19.
Why don't they just add rabies and tetanus shots...
