I have a home fibre connection with Afrihost on the Openserve network, and I'd like to host several websites and web applications from a mini PC. I'd like users to be able to access them via normal domain names such as https://app.myserver.co.za . I have a few questions: Am I correct in...

BYD's Sealion 5 PHEV will start at R499,900

Electric range that can do only 50km is like having a petrol only car with a 4L petrol tank. Range needs to be a minimum of 200km otherwise its pretty stupid paying half a million for it (that still equates to a 20L petrol tank and even the smallest cars has a 35L tank

Home Affairs on a quest to eradicate the green bar-coded ID book

I have my old ID book which I got when I was still 16. Now they want me to pay for a new one. If they want me to get a new smart id, they must subsidize it or give the first smart id free

Hefty solar feed-in charges in South Africa

Then its better to not feed back to the grid. Its like a privilege to be able to feed back and thus people need to pay eskom/municipality. I would rather get extra batteries then pay eskom for that 'privilege'.
