I'm in San Remo Zone 3 and I was down from a little bit after 1am until some time after 5am. It was really frustrating as my wife is working from home for Amazon and was on shift that time. She had to take the rest of her shift unpaid.

I just did step 1 of this process. Quick question, why can't we view our data usage in the clientzone? I was told that I can't do this because I'm on an uncapped line, but I remember being able to view my usage when I first signed up with Mitchells Fibre.
I have the same router as you but I don't have the fibre termination box, my fibre cable goes direct into the router. Is there any way I can buy the box and do it myself? It seems simple enough.
My problem at the moment is that I can't move my router away from the wall where it was installed...
