    I remember many many moons ago when Raymond Ackerman from Pnp started selling petrol at a discounted price at filling stations they owned. The government was up in arms and threatened to arrest him. He brought court case after court case but lost due to the strict fuel price regulations.

    do we pay for air after a long water cut ?

    In this town of mine where we have water issues weekly you can see the water meter running when you open the tap and there is just air coming through. Not saying it is all the meters but there are many people complaining about this.
