    Load-shedding under André de Ruyter vs previous CEOs

    Andre de Ruyter inherited a bucket of sh&t. The plants were build in the 1970 and 1980. Since 1994 they were not maintained as they should have. Why blame the man now. This article is of no use at all it is sided on the anc. They should be held accountable for things going wrong
