    Cell C fixed-LTE users say they are suffering with very slow speeds

    With Mweb in George. Noted speed detoriation over past few months. After months of reporting it through ISP escalation to IS and then Cell C the response is "we know and we will be upgrading the equipment". Very dissatisfied but fibre only available through open serve and that was a non-flyer...
