I do not know but my speed dropped from 8mbps to 1mbps what could have caused this sir?

Can someone interpret this Adsl Tone Diagnostic

I am getting only 1mbps even though both attainable downstream and normal downstream (kbps) is showing 21000 kbps and 9991 kbps respectively
