Leave all of this, on afrihost just start doing whatever you had planned, and then see how it goes. You won't have issues. They themselves are basically telling you that.
You signed up on a prepaid account, so you have to pay up front.
You used a few days in that month, and obviously need to pay in full before the next month for next month's service. I really don't see the need for all the drama.
The post paid option would charge you after the month ends but...
You cannot replace the geyser breaker with the start timer. You need to wire this in series with the existing breaker.
This product doesn't replace the need for a circuit breaker. Doing such is not compliant and a fire risk.

Easier than hours spent with support.
Obviously first prize is not to change the mac address. Or use pppoe if possible.
Any one having more issues with FNB app being slooow? Loading circle spins round and round for what seems like forever.... S24+ so shouldnt be doing this.
The time frame rings a bell.
I had the same problem on metrofibre, 7 days after install.
No ip address recieved over dhcp.
I had changed the router shortly after install, turns out the dhcp was bound to the previous routers mac address. After a week (the ip reservation it seems), it stopped...
