    Issue with my line syncing at the wrong upload speed. Ugh. It's half of what it should be. Line or port resets seem to have no effect.

    Understanding SNR and Attenuation Rates

    Hi guys, What can I do to solve this. My upload speed is half of what it should be. Last week it was syncing at 700 somewhat(which is what's normal) Now it's in the 300 range. And it's weird cause the line can support up to 1 MB as seen by the statistics max rate. I'm on a 8MB capped package.
