    I do not have NFC so cannot Tap to Pay. However, using Scan to Pay and Snapscan (and the QR code on the device ) I can select to pay from my VCC card. Easier than using Engen app. I can even select my wife's vcc, though I have not tested it.

    From what I understand, you will now earn extra points for making the previously required deposits, e.g. 1500 pts for the R13500 needed to qualify for premier. So the levels are higher but there will be ways to earn them. Let us wait for official rules before running away.

    I have more than once buy an online digital voucher (sms voucher, not gift card) at Clicks and I do get my 15% discount. Upto the 5th you will now get 30% due to the promo. When paying I often have to get the manager to tell the cashier how to use it (mobile payments, then sms voucher)

    Yes they (ie new Spot app) removed it, but you can now get R50 back if you buy R500 plus Checkers voucher, so 10% discount. With the 3% cost to use your credit card for topup it will be better to use the EFT options to transfer money to Spot. Can be useful if you hit your ebucks cap at Checkers.
