I have received full refund (even if I used a discount voucher) from other shops if they cant replace the item. I just hope they can still source it as I bought it for a friends housewarming.
No I would love an exchange, they just don't have stock of the same item. But you should have seem the product they sent me tough it was in pieces and not in the original box either, don't know how they could have sent it to me like that.
