    OK so not quite isolated it seems. I had it this afternoon (now in fact stuck at exactly 4Mb) and also last night. Based on the timing I can only deduce something on the SA side of life. Anybody from Cool Ideas? Is usenet being throttled/deprioritized?

    I'm not sure if I'm alone, but it seems that during what I persive "busy" times (evenings, weekends) some access and downloads (usenet) are very slow/restricted/throttled.     It seems our rouging to DD in CPT issue is back. Anybody else having issues with services hosted at DD? @CoolEscalator I've logged ticket #COOL-20250519-2386263 about this. Has been slower since 7 May.
