Dear Rain support - you are a genius, thank-you this worked. An added note for other users - I had to go back into VodaComMobileWiFi Router settings and redo the APN to custom and set it to rain as I kept getting device not detected. Thank-you for the support.- Starride

Please can you help with a RAIN PUK. We had bad weather, the VodaComMobileWIFI router I am using restarted and requested a PIN. I inserted the normal router PIN and is failed 3 times, this then moves to requesting a PUK. I inserted a VodaCom PIN and it works fine, seems like RAIN has a SIM Pin...- Starride
