    Not sure what Russia and China has to do with something at school level... I am in charge of cyber at my place and al VPN's and Anonymous browsing is blocked at firewall level. We still need to monitor some other stuff that seems legit but not necessary.

    I know that feeling. Been through the same BS. You fill in that stack of papers to declare what your performance was for the cycle just so that your manager can scrap it and give everyone the same ranking, because it is less paperwork.

    When laws are meant to safeguard the coffers of the SABC for instance, it sullies all laws when people do not observe it given its absurdity. The same laws, did not prevent Hlaudi from looting freely from it.

    One way to fix Eskom... For every Stage per day, execute that many Eskom employees starting at the top. We will either have power all day, or Eskom will show a profit in unpaid salaries.
