    Cell-C / IS "fixed" LTE

    Internet was down for about 2 hours last night!!!!!!! I can't believe they are shaping me for R845 a month. I mean how between 6 PM - 11 PM, most of us only get home that time. Cape Town

    IS/CellC is shaping fixed LTE traffic but keeping Speedtests fast so you don't notice

    THIS! is exactly what is happening. Speedtest last night and every other night showed above 30 Mbps but the Internet speed was crawling. DStv Now / Netflix would not even load. Where is Cell C to comment?

    Cell-C / IS "fixed" LTE

    I moved from RAIN because they started throttling the only time I use the Internet 6 PM - 11 PM. First 2 months of Cell C was great, now the same is happening!
