    telkom overcharging for device after 24 months contract ended in September

    can anyone please assist i took out a 24 months mobile contract with Telkom in September 17. the contract is still in force which is a 5Gb Free Me. however i am still being billed for the device and was told that i will still be billed until May 20 as i upgraded from 2 Gb to 5 Gb in February 18...
