    I did not specify the payment date, it was set to be the same as DUE date. So FNB set the DUE and the PAYMENT date, so the ball is firmly in your/their court!!

    If you pay your card in full every month by debit order, check your account. FNB ran the debit orders the day after the payment was due and then the computer sees this as late and adds interest for the whole of the previous month for their own error/scam, defeating the point of paying in full...
