Welp, I phoned their 10210 number again and a message plays at the beginning of the call stating that due to ongoing loadshedding, internet connectivity may be affected in your area. The message also states that connectivity should come back after the power is restored.

Ever since loadshedding started again on Friday, I am having issues with my ADSL account authenticating on my router. The DSL light is on but the Internet light is off.
Here is what I have tried:
- Factory resetting and setting up the router again
- Trying a different router...
