Placed the order on the 7th of March...at the time they told me that they had stock on hand but after that I heard nothing until today. Was same story as everyone else...no record of an order and no order number etc.
I got a message this morning:
Dear Customer, Your Telkom Order parcel XXXXXXXXX is out on delivery today. Please ensure you are available at given address.
Good morning @Dooks111, I had the precise same charges on my statement this month...did you manage to sort it out over the phone or mail or did you have to go in to their offices?
