I have done a reboot, I have even taken the simcard out, and yes, the APN is set to iphone.vodacom.za. No luck yet... Anyone out there that had a similar issue, and fixed it?

I am on Vodacom, running 4.3.1, tried removing the sim, putting it back again etc., but nowhere do I see the personal hotspot function! And yes, I know where to look - it should be in the first Settings screen. Any advice?
