Well that's just Rain I guess... I hate that the customer must follow up with everything. Rain has no client communication. The amount of times Rain has said "they'll escalate the problem" is just 1 more lie I guess because the amount of times they've said that and still never resolved or...- Stof_Dup

Seems that the speed has been capped at 30mbps for the last 2 days. A Rain employee told me that it'll be back to normal in 2-3 hours due to "Tower Maintenance" or something. It's been a day now. Rain either doesn't care for their customers, or something is seriously wrong. ±30mbps Download, and ±3mbps upload. It's 21:00, usually it's a bit better at night. Yet another night of Rains Internet. It's been getting worse. I'm sure for more then half this month now I've been getting less then 100mbps, but yet you advertise you'll get more then that if you have the 5G package. Yet another day of bad internet. At this point it feels like you're being lied to. They try and fix your problem, and then it works for a day or to and we're right back to the start.
