    I had similar issues on my 100mbit, turned out to be FNO (Frogfoot) congestion in my area. They logged a call with Frogfoot, who upgraded the uplinks in my area, and I now consistently get 98mbit to 99mbit up and down.

    I'm with Mind the Speed, no complaints so far and speeds are great. I am also getting great low latency, 160ms to Frankfurt for example.

    If not, why not just use Tunnelbroker? They have presence in JHB now, and provide you with a free /64 block. Mine is up and running for the past couple of months without any issues. If you do move ISP's then you still retain your IPv6 block.
