The last straw for me was a UCT student being raped and murdered in a post office, situated right next to a police station. Left the country less than 6 months after that. At least my tax money here gives me good public services without the brazen corruption.- stroebs

Hi all, Not sure where to turn at the moment. I am struggling with a Webafrica (via Octotel) connection using what Webafrica support can only describe to me as "IPOE".
