    Upgraded my 200/200 to the 500/200 and a day later went from 200mb solid down speed to barely 30mb down but the upload speeds still hit 200 without a hitch. Not often that I've been let down by Cool Ideas after all these years. Guess another support ticket will be in the works.

    Yeah, seems a large part of East London, but only a few suburbs on the cool ideas notice board. They normally handle loadshedding things without much hassle, doesnt seem the case this time though. No estimated time given of repair. :(
