    Hey everyone. My pool pump seems to be leaking from that area encircled. Anyone have any idea how it can be removed to check. Have been able to open up the other parts and check but this eludes me. Also can the pump be removed from the base tray without lifting up the tray? Thanks for any assistance

    B6 in particular 25mg. Mine took about 2 weeks to recover in full. Had an electric muscle stimulator which was used 3 times a day which I think helped with early rocovery

    Don't stress. Most recover on their own. Had it on their own. Take some vitamin C and B6 ( pyridoxine). You can go to a physio and get some electro stimulation which will help recover quicker. Take some sick days and relax

    Luckily our cabinets where made out of supawood which is easy and straightforward to paint. Just required a sanding with light grit sandpaper and used the Fired Earth cabinet paint.
