How to appeal a decision by Banking Ombudsman

I don’t believe she is. There are R thousands owing in Dr’s bills for my mother - it is a dire, serious, life threatening situation. She knows I don’t have any extra money. So, unfortunately, that is not the motive here. She has anger issues toward me and generally has aggression issues. She...

How to appeal a decision by Banking Ombudsman

My mother is definitely willing to act. I know her well enough to know that. The question is whether ‘hard core’ legal might deem her unfit, which I would say is unnecessary and cruel, given the circumstances. Getting a Curator involved is very tedious and expensive. There are no funds for...

I would also have said to enquire from the bank in the UK, what the bank in the UK needs. She wrote back and basically said that the funds are...

How to appeal a decision by Banking Ombudsman

Due to security reasons, the UK Bank would not accept emails requests for amounts to be withdrawn. The handwriting (on paper, by postal services) was part of their security verification.

How to appeal a decision by Banking Ombudsman

As far as I know it is with UK bank, or both. Withdrawals had to be requested via a handwritten letter by my Mother, in her handwriting, with all relevant details included, such as the FNB bank account number for the deposit, and amount of withdrawal in GBP. My mother can no longer send these...
