    In my case my prepaid meter never allowed power in while clicking, so unfortunately couldn’t see what the grid voltage was. A couple weeks ago my inverter did go off grid however when the grid voltage went all the way up to 280V for almost an hour.

    Keep us posted on the outcome. I’ve been hesitant to try to get them out to look at mine because I can’t replicate it, and it happens so randomly. Hopefully it’s something they know about and one doesn’t have to cough up for the replacement of the meter if they can’t replicate it then and there.

First time was after there was load shedding when the power was meant to come back on, meter was clicking for about 30mins, even though I’m pretty sure power was restored in the neighbourhood. Inverter was on obviously still in island mode, so don’t think it...
